Hi, this is Jess Ernst, clinical educator from Keto-Mojo. In this video, I’m going to show you how to add additional healthcare professionals to your My Mojo Health Practitioner Account.

The Benefit of Adding Additional Practitioners

You would utilize this feature if you have multiple practitioners that need to have the ability to view or edit patient or client readings in a single practice or group. This feature encourages a multidisciplinary approach for the entire care team to see the same patient or client results at the same time to guide interventions.

Go To Settings on Your Practitioner Dashboard

On the main dashboard, you’re going to go to Settings on the right-hand side. Within Settings, you’re going to click Admin Roles. In this tab, you’ll have the ability to grant others administrative privileges to your practice or group. Please note that any user that you invite as a practitioner can view sensitive personal health information and predicates that assigned data sharing consent form exists between all parties. Sharing user data without consent is a data privacy violation.

In order to invite practitioners to your practice or group, click the button in the upper right-hand corner, that is in blue, called Invite Practitioners. From here, there are three different options to invite other practitioners to have an administrative role in your practice or group.

  1. The first option is to manually invite them by entering their email address, separated by a comma, a semicolon, or a space.
  2. The second option is to import a CSV file of email addresses by dragging and dropping directly into the load CSV file box.
  3. The third option is to invite a user with a unique practice link, which needs to be enabled within your practice settings under Details. This link may be shared with other practitioners to join your practice or your group.

New Practitioners Must Have a MyMojoHealth Account

Whichever way you choose to invite a practitioner, if they have not already signed up for a MyMojoHealth account, they will be prompted to do so before connecting to your practice account. It is important to note that this email invitation is only valid for 24 hours. If the invitation to connect expires, the practitioner will have the ability to resend the invitation. Within the email invitation that the practitioner receives, they also have the option to accept or reject the invitation to become a practitioner of your practice or group. Once they have accepted your invitation to connect to your practitioner account, their status will change to Approved, and their name and email will be able to be viewed under admin roles under Settings.

If they have not yet accepted your invitation to connect to your practice, they will show up in your dashboard with the status as Invited. If the email expired without accepting or rejecting the invite after 24 hours, the status will change to expired and you will have the option to resend the invite. If the practitioner rejected the invitation to connect, the status will change to Invitation Rejected. Once the status changes to Approved, the role of the practitioner will automatically be assigned as Practitioner.

What Can New Practitioners Do on Your Account?

Practitioners can view patients’ data, they can invite and manage patients, however, they cannot change practice goals or ranges. They also cannot manage or upgrade others to practice admin roles. If you would like for the practitioner whom you invited to have full access to your practice, you may promote this practitioner to become a practice admin by pressing this button, “Promote.” At any time you have the option to remove that practitioner from administrative privileges by pressing “remove” next to their name.

If you have any questions about adding healthcare professionals to your practice, please contact Keto Mojo Customer Support at support@keto-mojo.com.

The post How To Create Unique Patient Groups Within Your Practice Account appeared first on KETO-MOJO.

]]>
Hi, this is Jess Ernst, clinical educator with Keto-Mojo. In this video I’m going to show you how to create unique groups within your main MyMojoHealth Practitioner account.

Why Create Groups?

Creating additional groups is beneficial for streamlining the organization of patients either by health condition, practitioner, location, or start date.

Getting Started

The first step to create a new practice group within your main MyMojoHealth practice is to go up to Practices, click the down caret and click all practices. This will take you to a different screen where you have the option to create a new practice under Create Practice. When creating a new practice group, there is information that is required and information that is optional to complete.

The first required step is to create your practice or group name. This is the name of what all of your patients or clients will see when they’re invited to your practice. The additional information under details is optional to fill in. You may provide a description of your practice group. If you choose to do so, you can add a few different specialty keywords that describe your practice group. Contact information is also optional to add. You may add your email address or website for your practice group here.

Choosing a Practice Type is Required

There are three different options for the nomenclature of the different roles for the members of this practice. The three different options are practice, support group, or coaching group. An example of a practice would be if you have a medical clinic with patients. A coaching group would be chosen if you are a health coach or a leader of a group with clients, and a support group would be chosen if creating a group for people to share their data. Whichever option you choose the functionality will remain the same, but the nomenclature of the members will change throughout the MyMojoHealth Practitioner platform.

Other Options

There are also four toggles that you may choose to keep on or to keep off. All of these toggles can be turned on or off once the group is submitted in case you change your mind. The first toggle that is optional to turn on is share data between patients. If you turn this on, all of your patients within your new practice will be able to view each other’s data. If you turn this on, a written and signed consent is required between all parties. By selecting this option, you acknowledge that an informed consent exists and you waive any responsibility by Keto-Mojo or MyMojoHealth in safeguarding the data between practice patients. Each member’s first and last name will be visible to others in the group, but other personal information such as email addresses will be hidden.

The second toggle is to allow patient sign up. This will generate a unique link that you can send to your patients to invite them to this practice group.

The third option is to allow practitioners to sign up. This will generate a unique link as well once you create your practice that you may send to additional practitioners, coaches, or support personnel to be invited to the practice that you are creating. You may also invite other practitioners under admin roles in settings.

The fourth option is to list your practice in the MyMojoHealth Integrations Directory, which is coming soon. You will then press submit and you will see a confirmation in the upper right-hand corner that has been accepted. You’ll then receive an email that will provide you with further information.

If you have any questions about creating a new practice or group, please contact Keto-Mojo customer support at support@keto-mojo.com.

When you click this button, you have three different options to invite patients to connect to your practitioner account.

Whichever way that you choose to invite your patients, if the patient has not yet created a MyMojoHealth user account, which is set up and verified, they will be prompted to do so prior to connecting to your practitioner account.

It is important to note that this email invitation is only valid for 24 hours. If the invitation to connect expires the practitioner has the ability to resend the invitation. Once the patient has accepted your invitation to connect their user account to your practitioner account they will be able to be viewed on your main practitioner dashboard. Their status will change to approved if they’ve accepted the invitation to connect. If they have not yet accepted your invitation they will show up as pending. They also will show up as pending if the invitation to connect expired. You have the option to resend the invitation from the main dashboard. You click the button to the left of the patient’s name and click resend invite. You will then press confirm and a resend invitation will be sent to that patient.

Hi, this is Jess Ernst, Clinical Educator for Keto-Mojo. In this video, I’m going to explain the features and uses of the different graphs on the MyMojoHealth Patient Dashboard.

Insights

Understanding how to use the graphs is beneficial for the practitioner to understand trends, the percentage of time your patient is in their goal range, and you have the ability to visually view an average trend of a specific metric for optimal feedback, which is provided in line or bar graph form.

On the main MyMojoHealth Practitioner Dashboard, if you would like to delve deeper into a patient’s graphs and data, click on Show Reports. On this screen, you have the ability to view several different graphs. Having this advanced mode toggled on, you can view additional trends, charts, and metrics. However, if you only need to view the first two graphics, you may toggle this off.

Advanced Mode

For this video, I’m going to keep advanced mode on to show you all of the different graphs on the patient dashboard. I first recommend choosing a specific time interval to view the data. You can choose to view the patient’s data from the past day, week, month, year or even a custom time range. The boxes of average trends provide this individual patient’s trends from the time period before to now. For example, if you chose the 28-day view, the average trends will compare the previous 28 days to the current 28 days and will provide you information on the percentage of change.

Under overview, this lever will show you the last time the glucose, ketone, and glucose ketone ratio was checked. Under time in range, you can view the percentage of time this patient was higher, lower or within the goal range that was set for them under practice settings. The comparison line graph provides you with the ability to choose two different metrics in order to visually see and compare two different metrics to each other. You also have the ability to set a constrained interval if you want to see all of the ranges that have been tested within the past 24 hours.

The next graphs are hidden when the advanced toggle mode is off. But if you have advanced mode on, these bar graphs show the maximum, minimum, and average levels based on the time period selected. It can also visually provide the practitioner with information on how often the patient has been testing based on the bar graphs that you can see here.

These macronutrient graphs are hidden if advanced mode is off. If your patient has connected their personal MyMojoHealth account with Apple Health as well as integrated with Carb Manager or Cronometer, these macronutrient numbers will come through Apple Health into their dashboard. If the patient has not yet completed the steps of integration, you’ll not have the ability as a practitioner to view these macro numbers.

These graphs show the percentage of time the patient is below, within, or above a ketogenic ratio set for them as well as the different macronutrient composition. Additional graphs review the maximum, minimum, and average values for carbohydrates, protein, and fat which they logged in their app. At the bottom of this report, you have the ability to view all of the patient’s data in a list. In this chart under last readings, you can sort the readings by data type or by reading type, reading tags, sources, or notes. This dashboard can provide the practitioner with information in different formats to view the data and provide appropriate interventions as needed.

If you have any questions regarding the reports feature, please contact Keto-Mojo Customer Support at support@keto-mojo.com.

The post How to Set Time In Range Goals on Your Practitioner Dashboard appeared first on KETO-MOJO.

]]>
Hi, this is Jess Ernst, Clinical Educator for Keto-Mojo. In this video, I’m going to show you how to set specific goals for your practice or for individual patients within your practice for the various metrics within the MyMojoHealth Practitioner account.

Setting Goals

Setting goal ranges for the entire practice or goals for an individual user will provide useful information to the practitioner on the percentage of time a patient is meeting the goals that are set for them. On the main dashboard, go up to the right-hand corner and click Settings. Under Settings, you have two different options to set goals.

  1. The first option is to click on Practice Goals. This will set goals for every patient that’s within your practice. All patients connected to your dashboard will have the exact same goal range you set for them.
  2. An additional feature is the ability to set a specific patient goal, which is under user’s goal. In this setting, you can choose one or multiple patients who you would like to set specific goals for. In either the practice or user goal settings there is a list of metrics which you can choose a goal range for. Choose which metric or metrics you would like to set the range for, and then add a minimum or a maximum goal range and click save ranges for users.

When you return back to the main dashboard, you’ll now see that all of the ranges that you have set for either your practice or individual users are here. There’s also the option to set goals on the main dashboard page instead of going into settings.

In order to adjust the time in range goals for a user or a group of users, click the box to the left of the patient’s name. Then go to Actions and click Edit Ranges. You will then see a pop-up screen, which is where you can edit the range goals for the individual or individuals that you chose in the exact same way that you did under settings.

Evaluating Time In Range

After you have finished setting the ranges for your patients, you can now view the percentage of time that each user was in the goal range in the time interval that you chose. For example, for these users, in the past 28 days from 8-31-22 to 9-27-22, Joey has been within his glucose time in range goal for 57% of the time. He’s been in his ketone goal range for 61% of the time in the past 28 days, and his GKI or his glucose ketone index has been 50% of the time in goal range. You can also view these percentages under Show Report in each individual’s patient dashboard for a more detailed look into the percentage of the time in goal range.

If you have any questions on how to set up a practice or patient goal ranges, please contact Keto-Mojo customer support at support@keto-mojo.com.
