Testing Demonstration with the Keto-Mojo GKI Bluetooth Meter

Mister Mojo here and I’m going to take you through doing a glucose and Keto test using your Keto-Mojo GKI Bluetooth Meter. So first, let’s get ourselves prepared. I’m going to do glucose first. If you tear the strip in the middle there to open it up, it’s really nice and easy. You want to be sure that you don’t contaminate the top of the strip so I like to put it on top of the pack as I prepared it. And I go like this one on the second one. You’ll also notice inside the packet that there’s a special dehumidifying liner strip in there. Let’s put that down on this part here. Great. So those are ready.

The next thing I want to do is prepare my finger. I’m using an alcohol swab or ideally what you want to do is if you’re at home, wash your hands in nice warm water because that warm water will increase the vascularity and make you get a good sample. So here we go. Nice and clean. We don’t want to have any lotions on our hands because sometimes you find coconut oils and things like that can affect your result. Now, also important that we want for that alcohol to fully dry off before we test. So now I’m preparing my lancet device, giving me a little bit more time for this to dry off on my finger. So we place it in like so, twist off the top. Save that for later. Put it on. Set for the depth of your skin. Goldilock zone for me is number three. Pull that back so it’s ready to fire. That’s the trigger. And we’ll be almost ready to go.

So what we want to do is we got everything ready. We then take our glucose strip. We place it into the meter. The meter will automatically recognize that it’s a glucose strip and the blood droplet icon will be flashing when it’s ready to receive the sample. So here we go. Great. Gentle little bit amount of pressure there. Very little is needed. A bead about half the size of a matchstick head is good. And then we just want to gently sip off the top. Let’s hope the camera can catch that. Here we go. And in five seconds, we will get our glucose measurement, 4.7. Really good. There’s an ejector on the back so you can eject that into the appropriate container like so and the meter will switch off.

Now I’m going to go and use my ketone strip. Again, I’m going to place it into the top like so. It’ll recognize the strip and the cool thing about this generation is they are auto-coding. That means you do not need a code key. Wonderful. And then once again, ketone measurement. Gently sip off the top. And this uses a super sip technology which means it sucks it up extremely fast. Meaning we can get far more accurate readings. And in 10 seconds, I will get my ketone measurement, 2.4. Really good. In the zone.
